The Beginning

Trauma Release & Wellness Centre opened its doors in January 2020 with a clear intention: to create a safe, trauma-informed mental health space rooted in dignity, regulation, and ethical care. From the very beginning, our focus was on nervous-system-aware therapy rather than symptom-focused treatment.

What our clients Says

Real stories from families who have seen positive, meaningful changes in their emotional well-being.

I would like to share my thoughts for Dr Sahar, you can share this review for her profile as well.
As Dr Sahar’s patient, I’ve felt genuinely heard and supported. She creates a safe space, offers thoughtful guidance, and has helped me grow in meaningful ways. I’m truly grateful for her care and insight. Highly recommended

Anna

2025 has been a year of extreme challenges, shedding of patterns and survival mode that no longer align with me and it would have been very difficult to view the year with a lens of softness if I didn’t have a safe space to come to and voice how each experience felt.
My trajectory from a space of lack and disregulation to a space of expansion, curiosity and acceptance has been a big win for me this year and having Sahar as a big supporter in my journey has helped me observe and celebrate those wins.
I’m grateful for our valuable time together because they have helped me recognise my self worth and welcome a new identity and I’m so excited about the journey ahead with TRWC to help me channel and welcome a lot more abundance, acceptance and connection honouring myself.
