Aun Ali is a trauma-informed therapist, clinical supervisor, and the Founder & CEO of Trauma Release & Wellness Centre. He has been working in the fields of trauma, addiction, and nervous-system-based recovery for over eight years, with a strong focus on ethical care, regulation-first practice, and culture change within mental health spaces.Aun’s work is informed by both professional training and lived experience. Diagnosed with dyslexia at an early age, he faced educational and self-esteem challenges and later navigated his own journey of addiction recovery. These experiences shape his clinical approach—grounded, non-pathologising, and centred on dignity, responsibility, and safety.

She is an accredited EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) practitioner, trained through EMDR Asia, and is currently training to become a certified TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) provider. In addition, she is undergoing formal supervision training to support the development of therapists in a reflective, relational, and emotionally safe manner.
Passionate about continuous learning, Tahreem actively integrates emerging theories and practices into her work—creating dynamic, trauma-informed environments where both clients and clinicians can grow and thrive.
She views healing as a sacred and transformative journey, where the therapeutic process becomes a space for spiritual reconnection, inner alignment, and the restoration of one’s true self.
